LETTER OF INTENT TO APPLY

The Carson City Board of Supervisors (Board) established the CSSG to improve citizens’ quality of life. This annual grant supports 501(c)3 nonprofits serving Carson City’s critical needs: mental health, substance abuse services, domestic abuse services, youth services, disabled services, health/dental services, and senior services.
Carson City is now accepting Letters of Intent for the Community Support Services Grant (CSSG) for projects taking place July1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. Interested applicants must fill out the Letter of Intent and Budget forms (please click on the links). Special consideration will be given to nonprofits providing mental health services.

Approximately $169,500 is available. The City typically awards 8 to 10 grants ranging from, though not limited to, $5,000 to $60,000. Applicants deemed eligible will be invited to submit a full application due in March.
